Our primary Network Operation Center (NOC) is located at Hurricane Electric building, Fremont, CA, USA.
NOC is connected to the internet via multiple providers. Connections range from OC48s (2.4 Gbps) to gigabit ethernet (1,000 Mbps). Major peering points include:

Hardware
Currently we utilize top-quality, well-tested, hardware on our web- and data-servers. Our web-servers are powered by at least 3Ghz Intel CPUs with at least one Gigabyte of RAM, while our dedicated MySQL and MSSQL servers run on 64bit-enabled AMD64 platform, with at least 1.5 Gigabytes of RAM and fast SCSI hard drives to let your sites load as quickly as possible. As a major hosting platform we chose Windows 2003 Server operation system, which is a great OS combining both security and flexibility at the same time!

On top of Win2003 Server, we are utilizing Plesk's set of control panels, which allows us to provide three layers of system administration - "Server Administrator" -> "Reseller" -> "End User".
Plesk is one of the most popular control panel vendors - it provides maximum flexibility to our resellers and end users. Our experience with Plesk starts with 7.4.x version.
